Winging It: Radars and Comments on SPFL Premiership Wide Attackers

Here, we take a quick, radar based, look at how David Milinkovic, Brandon Barker and some of the other wide attackers at clubs outwith the Old Firm performed in the league last season. While this isn't a direct comparison as the individuals included may perform very different roles for their clubs, and in fact at times may not have played as wide attackers, it is certainly interesting to see what a player has contributed and highlight some areas in which things could have gone better. We've excluded Celtic and Rangers players and their stats because both of those clubs' attackers outperformed the other players in the division so significantly but there are good players outwith the Glasgow giants who deserve recognition. Taking The Stadium of Light Out Of The Darkness: 4 Transfers For Jack Ross

Jack Ross, with his miraculous turnaround which took St Mirren from certain relegation to automatic promotion, is one of the most talked about Scottish managers of the last 18 months. He has received some of the highest plaudits in Scotland for his work and most recently pipped Brendan Rodgers, despite the Celtic boss' double treble win, to the PFA Scotland Manager of the Year award. Ross has become the Sunderland manager and the English League One club's fans should bear in mind that Ross, when interviewed by TheTwoPointOne stated; "if you move clubs or have a big turnover of playing squad you don't necessarily try to implement the same system with players if it doesn't suit". PureFitbaw have picked out some players that we can see making the move from the SPFL to the Black Cats.
